“Two points in time,
Both accelerating at the speed of life.
A man and wife.
Well, not quite.
As least not yet.
See, they haven’t met.
Although the date is set.
Known and planned before they were,
That they may serve,
And be a picture of His Church.
Where then is anxiety?
May it be drowned in piety,
Unquestioned notoriety,
Of their Wedding Planner, Father, Friend.
So as the day approaches,
And the petals grace the aisle,
And the ringing of the bell,
Meets with joyful smiles,
Just remember then,
He who long ago began
A good work in her and him,
Will bring it sweetly to the end.
Knowing those two points in time for them,
Have always been one point in time for Him.'
